TERMS OF SALE

1.The Buyer MUST have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hrs from date of delivery or 72 hrs if shipped for this contract to be valid, unless otherwise discussed. All puppies will be vet checked and have vaccinations prior to going to their new homes. They will come with all necessary papers and a Florida State health certificate with all current vaccines listed.
2. If a serious life threatening health problem is noted during the above examination, Seller must receive a written statement from Buyer's veterinarian within 7 days from date of examination. Upon verification by Seller's veterinarian of stated health problem, puppy must be returned to Seller unless otherwise agreed by Seller. When available, the Buyer will be provided with another puppy of the same sex, quality and value. No replacements will be given due to problems that result from Buyer
neglect. However, if neglect is noted, Buyer agrees to return dog to Seller, money non-refundable.
3. Although we try to predict mature size of our pups, we do not guarantee it.
4. We do not guarantee against hypoglycemia. It is your responsibilty to make sure your new baby is fed properly and given the proper rest a newborn requires.
5. If for whatever reason you cannot keep your puppy (e.g. allergies; moving; etc.) please return the puppy or contact us and we will help you find a loving home for it. Money non-refundable.
6. According to the Florida Statue, Breeder is not responsible for any disease contributed to non-performance of new Owner to give shots and ensure health. Puppies can not be guaranteed against hip dysplasia as it is not always hereditary and can happen due to injury, accidents, obesity, falling, jumping, environment, etc.Collapsing trachea is common to the toy breeds which includes the pomeranian. Be aware how to prevent/control this; do not let your dog become overweight, don't let him over exert himself, don't let him get over-heated, be careful of allergies. If your puppy is on the small side do not spay/neuter your puppy before 6 months. Females normally come in heat at about 8 - 10 months of age.

Please remember, your puppy is like a baby, he will need your guidance and training to make him a wonderful member of your family. We recommend Puppy Obedience classes for all breeds of dogs.
